Just like to get your thoughts on the different types of compensation plans out there, which ones do you like and why,and what are the ones you stay clear of. There are so many types from Binary, UniLevel, Forced Matrix, Single drive line, Boards etc. I have been in the MLM industry since 1988 and over the years have designed many compensation plans for numerous companies globally, and would like your thoughts on this topic. I has always been my ambition to desogn the perfect plan, but normally have to work within the constraints of the company I am designing for. Thank you
