Terms of Sale / Refunds
Products or services (as applicable) supplied by Unittus ('Unittus' or the 'Company')
are available to you on a worldwide basis. Our objective is to supply you with products
and services of the highest quality that are clearly identified for intended usage
and expectations. All products and services are sold in US dollars. Any membership or reoccurring subscription services are sold on a month to month basis, unless otherwise described, on a 28 day automatic billing cycle in advance. You can at anytime cancel, modify or change your next month's subscription offering and priced level by logging into account, going into My Account Tab, under Retail Subscription Level to modify at any time,which will go into effect next billing cycle.

Unittus sells (as applicable) products & services ('Products' or 'Services') to
end user customers only unless denoted at point of sale.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
3 DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL, MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON reoccurring subscription based products and or service PURCHASES ONLY. Unittus offers a 100% three (3) day money-back guarantee (unless otherwise required by law) from the date the subscription and the amount that is charged to you. There will NOT be any refund after 3 day grace period, for large percentage of money has been allocated for commission pay out to other members. To receive money back, you MUST request it in writing to Billing@Unittus.com.

NO REFUND at any time for participation and campaigns delivered of uADs Paid to View (PTV)™ Advertising Platform. ALL sales are final and prepaid by you. If your ad submission does not adhere to our uADs Policy and is denied delivery, you accept responsibility to modify ad to fall within guidelines specified on our uADs Policy Guidelines here. Unittus reserves the right to deny any submitted uADs in which is deemed to be unlawful or inappropriate for subscribers of Unittus.
Payment Methods
Unittus accepts major credit cards and others forms of currency exchange for all
Unittus offerings payment through our secure server. If a credit card is used for
a transaction, Unittus may obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company (as
the case may be) for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing to your credit
card occurs at the time of purchase (as applicable) or shortly thereafter. If you
are subscribing to our recurring or monthly membership, your card will be billed
automatically according to the subscription schedule you agreed to, from the time
of your first purchase to the next reoccurring bill date.
Please Note
We are able to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States.
However, this may require additional services and exchange fees, resulting in a
delay in delivery of purchased product or services. Debit cards and check cards
have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order. If a transaction
has been declined online due to credit card issues, please ensure all data is correct
and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use
that card for your transaction and should use another credit card.
Chargebacks
You agree NOT to attempt a charge back on your purchase with Unittus. You AGREE
that you AUTHORIZE the charges and did in fact REQUEST THEM AND AGREE TO ALL OUR
TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PRIVACY POLICY, and SPAM POLICY.
Upgrades
Unittus reserves the right to enhance Products and Services purchased or rendered,
including Products purchased at any time after initial purchase. In some cases,
this will occur without further obligation to you, or you will be given an opportunity
to upgrade for an additional fee. The only guarantees are those in writing at time
of purchase.
Prices
Unittus endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current selections. Unittus
reserves the right to change prices for Products offered at any time, and does not
provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional
offering.
Content Availability
Unittus makes every effort to provide a broad content offering. For this reason,
Unittus reserves the right to change content options without notice. On occasion,
a Product may become unavailable following a transaction. Your sole remedy in such
cases is a refund of the price paid for the unavailable product or usage time of
subscription. Please contact the Unittus Billing Department for assistance in such
cases (see below).
