Team Sales Volume (TSV): the accumulated PSV of all members of an ISA's team (through seven levels). This is used for pin-level qualifications as well as to determine the amount of uTeam bonuses.

Pay Period: 12:01 a.m. Sunday (Pacific Time) to midnight Saturday.

Active: An Advisor who has generated a minimum of 5 PSV during the last four pay periods.

Manager Leg: any line of enrollment within an Advisor's team that contains a Manager—regardless of depth. If a single line contains multiple Managers, the line is considered to be one Manager leg.

Compensation Plan Q&A

Why am I considered 'active' if I meet the minimum PSV requirements in a 'four-week period', rather than an entire month?
Because we pay bonuses weekly rather than monthly, we use a rolling four-week period to determine whether or not you are active. Our week, or pay period, runs from 12:01 a.m. on Sunday (Pacific Time) to midnight the following Saturday.

Once I've earned bonuses, how and when will I get paid?
The pay period ends at midnight on Saturday night (Pacific Time). Any bonuses you earn will be placed into your Unittus uWallet on the Friday following the close of the pay period. You may choose to receive your bonuses through our MasterCard debit card (free for earnings over $50), or other payment options that may be available based upon the country in which you live in.

If I go inactive, do I receive bonuses?
No. You must be active to earn bonuses in any given pay period. If you are not active at midnight on Saturday when the pay period ends, you will miss any bonuses you could have earned during that pay period. You may become active again at any time and start earning bonuses again. In order to maintain your active status, you must generate a minimum of 5PSV during a four-week period and also pay a semi-annual uBusiness Center maintenance fee of $24 USD.

If I go inactive, what happens to my Unittus team?
After 12 weeks of non-payment, any personally enrolled Advisors or Unittors will be reassigned to your enroller.

What is the difference between PSV and TSV?
PSV is Personal Sales Volume, and is defined as the volume generated by an Advisor and all of the Unittors he/she has personally enrolled. TSV is Team Sales Volume, and is defined as the accumulated PSV of all members of an Advisor's team through seven (7) levels.
