To acknowledge and reward our leaders for their efforts, we have created the uGen Matching (UMB) Bonus,* which allows you to earn a bonus on the first $2,500 of uTeam bonuses paid to Advisors in each of your Director generations and to the Advisors in their respective personal enrollment trees. As you achieve even higher pin levels, the number of generations on which you can be paid a UMB bonus increases, to a maximum of seven generations. To be eligible for the UMB bonus, you must be active and qualified as a Director (or higher).

The UMB bonus is calculated by generations. A generation includes all of the Advisors in each of your personal enrollment tree legs down to the next Director or higher. A generation ends when a qualified Director is found, regardless of depth. The UMB bonus is calculated on unlimited width. Therefore, in order to maximize your income, you should strive to continue advancing to higher Director pin levels, as well as to continue personally enrolling new Advisors, thereby creating more personal enrollment tree legs on which you can earn a UMB bonus.

Example Illustration

The illustration above is designed to help you better understand the UMB bonus. In this example, you are paid as a 2-Star Director, which enables you to earn a UMB bonus through three generations of Directors or higher on each of your personal enrollment tree legs. Once a paid as* Director or higher is found on any leg, it completes the first generation for that particular leg.

Let's look at the leg that begins with Jane. In this particular leg, you would earn a UMB bonus through three generations, down to, but not including, James.

To be paid deeper on this leg (allowing you to earn a UMB bonus on James' team bonus), you would need to achieve the 3-Star Director pin level, which would allow you to be paid through four generations of Directors.

On the personal enrollment tree leg beginning with Sue, no Director exists in this leg; therefore, everyone in this leg is considered first generation and you would earn matching UMB bonuses on each Advisor in this leg.

To maximize your Unittus UMB bonus earnings, you should strive to reach the Presidential pin level. This will allow you to be paid through seven generations of Directors.

* A floating point factor will be calculated each pay period to determine the appropriate matching percentage. No breakage will go to the company.
