Unittus
has reserved 5% of our GLOBAL Sales Volume (SV) for our elite group of Presidential (and higher) Advisors. 1% is allocated to each of the five Presidential pin level pools. Presidential and higher Advisors will share in all pools for which they have qualified. For example, a qualified Emerald Presidential Advisor will earn a share of the Emerald Presidential pool, the Ruby Presidential pool and the Presidential pool.
Presidential through Diamond Presidential pools will be evenly allocated among all those who have achieved those pin levels. Chairman pool shares are prorated based upon the number of personally enrolled Advisors at the Executive and higher pin levels—1 point for each Executive, 3 points for each Director, and 5 points for each Presidential. This bonus is paid at the end of each quarter.
Qualification for the bonus pools will be determined by the highest Presidential pin level achieved for four (4) consecutive pay periods ending during that quarter.
